As announced by the Dutch Openbaar Ministerie, https://www.om.nl/onderwerpen/internationale/uitspraken/map/dutch-arrest-for-0/ ,a 61 year old Ethiopian man was arrested by the Netherlands National Police on 29 September 2015 for his alleged involvement in the detention, torture and murder of civilians during the time he served in the Dergue-regime as a representative of the then Gojjam province.
